impdp partion_options

Oracle 12.1.0.2 - Enterprise Edition
Redhat Linux 6.2

We are looking at the possibility of unpartitioning tables to save licensing 
costs.  If I use the impdp partition_option=merge, what happens to the 
partitioned indexes?
