hcheck.sql

Anyone got a valid copy of "hcheck.sql" for 10.2.0.4? I'm getting
ORA-00600 [ktadrprc-1] errors and according to Doc 136697.1 I should
download hcheck.sql and run. Unfortunately the link tells me the
article isn't found so I can't get a copy of the script. I've opened an
SR on this issue (both the underlying ORA-00600 and the issue of not
being able to get the !#@$ script), but of course I need everything
immediately.
