Ora-600 is Oracle's implementation of "WHEN OTHERS" exception ... But
implemented very cleverly I must admit. Not all ORA-600 have events
associated with them. There is only one event that should fire on
ORA-600 and it is invoked as follows ...

Alter dba set events "call oracle support context immediate, level itar'
/

Seriously calling OWS is the best approach, using certain events and
setting without prior approval of OWS means you are out of luck on
support issues.=20
