There is a process in the Exadata documentation for increasing the size of
the existing LVM partition.
We increased /u01 using this doc.

This is the space where all of the ODA ORACLE_HOMES are installed.
I don't mean the ACFS space.
The installation default is 100G and there is sufficient free space to add
another 200G. This is part of the 2 mirrored internal disk shipped with the
ODA. I wonder if we bought another two disks we could extend the volume.
