"If you label your policy context-sensitive, then the server always runs
the policy function on statement parsing; it does not cache the value
returned. The policy function is not re-evaluated at statement execution
time unless the server detects context changes since the last use of the
cursor"

I am a little confused about the various types of security types. Does
dbms_rls.context_sensitive cause the policy to be re-evaluated every
time the table is accessed in the same session?
