Yes...it solved that problem, but...I got involved in another one. when I start the primary database SQL> startup ORACLE instance started. Total System Global Area 289406976 bytes Fixed Size 1248576 bytes Variable Size 96469696 bytes Database Buffers 184549376 bytes Redo Buffers 7139328 bytes Database mounted. ORA-00314: log 1 of thread 1, expected sequence# doesn't match ORA-00312: online log 1 thread 1: 'D:\ORACLE\PRODUCT\10.2.0\ORADATA\ORCL1\REDO01.LOG' Shall I replace the redo ?
