datafiles growth prediction factors

Hello DBAs,
I need some standard methods to follow & certain factors to check regularly in
order to predict data files growth prediction at new implementations for Oracle
Apps R12 , & 11i too.
As some standard modules of financial track ( AP, AR , FA, ... ) which are
implemented at start of project.
then more implementations are at starting phases & same for number of users
which are increasing by going live for the project.
