auth fail on patch download attempt.

Is anyone else receiving error messages when attempting to download patches
from updates.oracle.com?
"An unexpected error has occurred. This may be a temporary network failure.
Please try again later. If it doesn't work on a retry then please contact
MyOracleSupport (MOS) for further assistance."
