I see two options. 1. I would create an oracle file (link to os file)
and then create triggers to monitor ddl and anyone that logs on with
sysdba privs. 2. You could use fga and then run your reports off of the
fga table. Personally, I would go with fga because you will have a
record in the database and can format your report however you want
(Crystal Reports, CSV, etc.).

Subject: audit reports

We will be auditing sysdba privs as well as ddl statements by certain
users. Audit files for sysdba will be written to os files and ddl
auditing will be written to the database. Does anyone know of any
programs we can run on any of the above audit data that we can use to
run reports?

Thanks.
Joe
