Assuming no one has resized your logs, and no one is switching them manually 
(you can tell if they're not full size), then the increased switching is caused 
by more redo being written to your online logs, which is probably being caused 
by an increase in DML activity, e.g inserts, updates, deletes, refreshing 
materialized views, etc.
