If you are on 10gR2 and you try to disable the recyclebin at session level be
aware of bug# 4695236. In fact ALTER SESSION SET RECYCLEBIN behaves like ALTER
SYSTEM SET RECYCLEBIN, only exception is that the change is not visible in
V$PARAMETER!
