I had installed ORACLE through user in ORA_DBA group and then I got admin
rights.

But surprisingly I could not access any oracle component, and then I switch
back to ORA_DBA group.

The main question I have is whether to create an oracle-specific
account or just use an administrator account. Also, any links to
Windows best practices would be great.
