It's RTM -- release to manufacturing. This means that it's in it's
final form, but there's a time lag to allow OEMs (basically people who
sell machines preloaded with windows) to "enhance" their offerings with
various additional software.
It's GA (general availability) tomorrow, which means that a) OEMs can
ship it and b) you can but it from a shop.
Well, that's enough TLAs for one message ;)
