Thanks for your explanation for ASMFD, Jon Crisler! Now using UDEV is
normal and RAC is able to run after rebooting my Linux 7 server. Yep, ASM
Filter Driver (start supporting from 12.1) is very simple to configure ASM
disks for Oracle RAC environment - it's the terminator of ASMLib and UDEV
(prevent human errors or dd disk). Thank you so much for learning ASMFD
from you.

You earlier said that the ASM Filter Driver was not being used. We
started using it after internal testing showed that performance using SLOB
and Orion was not impacted when using ASMFD. In some cases ASMFD is even
faster.
I also found that it works well to prevent errors like
accidentally dropped disks. For example- lets say you are using "oracle"
as the owner of your disks- any IO operation to those disks must be done
by the user Oracle, and by one of the programs inside Oracle that typically
do ASM IO, including kfed, kfod etc. Otherwise the IO is blocked. It
has been 1-2 years since I tested this out, but I believe that was supposed
to be one of its main advantages.
In a few cases, a Linux sysadmin accidentally destroyed the OCR disks,
causing a major headache and outage to repair.

Afterwards doing some adjustment based on MoS 2214152.1 and continue to
observed this issue (reboot server at least twice) sometimes finding ASM
disks but sometimes never found them, now I give up ASMLib and get ready to
use UDEV, if UDEV won't happen this weird issue then I'll use it, if UDEV
is still all the same problem with ASMLib, then the problem should be from
my test environment.
