I am installing Cloud Control 13.4 on a new server. I got the certs late last
week and I'm trying to install them now. Everything went well, except I made a
mistake and accidentally put the user cert in the wallet as a trusted cert.
Now I'm trying to fix it.
When I try to add the user cert as a user cert I get the following messages:
Oracle PKI Tool : Version 12.2.1.3.0
Copyright (c) 2004, 2017, Oracle and/or its affiliates. All rights reserved.
Cannot modify auto-login (sso) wallet
Enter wallet password:
PKI-04006: No matching private key in the wallet.
Could not install user cert at/oracle/app/product/wallets/user.txt
Please add all trusted certificates before adding the user certificate
So, I tried to add the trusted certs, but it keeps telling me that they are
already there.
I tried to remove the user cert that was added as a trusted cert, but it says
it doesn't exist.
I tried deleting the wallet files and creating a new one from scratch, but it
created it with all the entries in it the same as it was before.
I don't know where to go from here.
