-Oracle SQL High Performance Tuning - Guy Harrison

Definitely that one. Every developer should have a copy (I don't understand
why many don't). It's definitely a 5-star book.

The Feuerstein books were very good (5-stars too), but I don't know if there
are current editions now.

I like the O'Reilly Press books, they tend to be more compact and to the
point.

I haven't bought books in a while though, too busy to read! (and too tired)
