One last try.
But this is an un-supported by Oracle method of altering the internals
of an outline. See Metalink note 92202.1 . Basically it consist of :
1.- Generate the outline specifying the hint.
2.- Generate another outline without the hint.
3.- "Swap" the two outlines .
