What is the purpose of installing the 2nd OEM? Is it for HA or just testing?
If for HA, the OEM has a procedure that you can use to extend the OMS to
another box. If this is just testing, you cannot install 2 OMSs in the same
repository. Each OMS has to have its own repository database.
