Measurable or somewhat measurable goals
================================

Increased number of business transactions per day.
Reduced MTTR.
Reduced hardware resources for the same database. 
Reduced number of support calls to you.
Reduced number of support calls by you to oracle corp. 
Increased number of concurrent users.

These may or may not be useful to you.
