Never fails, Microshaft never invents anything useful, but steals it
from someone else.  Maybe Uncle Larry ought to sue Uncle Bill for
stealing?  What's good for SAP is better for MicroShaft.

His day job is still Oracle, but the SQL server stuff he does for fun. 
( He doesn't work for MS)

He even wrote his own wait interface for SQL Server.
