Set up 12c RAC on ASM

I started a new job and my first project is to set up a 12c RAC using ASM.
I'm new to both. I've started reading the Oracle docs, but I was wondering
if there was a good step-by-step doc that would help me get a 2-node RAC up
and running quickly in a sandbox while I study and learn more. Pointing me
to good books would be appreciated too.
