There used to be a large group of database designers on a list from ODTUG - the
lists were pretty Oracle Designer/Developer specific, but most requests were
given good feedback. I don't know if you need to join to use them now, but you
can find them at odtug.com.
I have not been on the list there for 10 years, but they were top notch back
