Nick,

Do you work at a publicly traded company?

Is it's capitalization > $75 million?

If so, you will be audited, and granting ANY privileges
will raise some red flags, I guarantee it.

Even if you don't meet the above criteria, it is not
a good idea.  It would be very hard to justify.
