Correct - it does not
If I connect from window (client) to a unix DB the only information is about 
UNIX and the unix DB version.
No mention of windows and version details

I checked in 11201 and 11202, the client_driver is not populated. I
believe this questino hs been discussed before and there was no
confirmed solution found.
