SQL Query causing "gc buffer busy " or Not ?

Folks
If the following SQL is Running ONLY on 1 Node & NOT on Other RAC Nodes, will
it contribute to ""gc buffer busy" wait on that Node?
NOTE - However INSERTs happen concurrently to SOD Table from the Other RAC
Nodes too using Other SQLs
