Real-time db monitor tools: agentless and cheap.

Hi all, often times I visit clients who have not had OEM or enterprise tools
installed or configured in the middle of some adhoc performance issue.
I rely heavily on sqlplus for my diag needs. Sometimes, I miss the 9i OEM
performance manager which required no more than a tns alias.
I've seen some use Insider, confio's, embarcadero's, bmc, or quest's tools. But
these are expensive or require an agent setup.
Just wondering if any knows of an agentless and relatively cheap real-time db
monitor to share with us.
