((Re)): db_file_mutliblock_read_count and physical IO

200 MBs. I tried it on a variety of different tables. Many over a a gigabyte. 
No difference in total physical IO in my tkprof output. I read the raw trace 
file. db_file_scattered_read with a p3 value = 128 and a value = 8(for two 
different traces).
so both settings are taking.
