Hi John, When the issuse repeat, how long does it last? AWR might not the tool to troubleshot short period issue last for less than few minutes, ASH plus v$session are the ones. You can check what the sessions were running in troubled period, and correlate this with other instance session activities at the same time, then you can narrow down which session/s or SQL might be the culprit to focus on.
