Problems Installing 10g on Solaris 10 in Local ZONE

We are facing acute problem installing 10g in a local Zone.
At DBCA time it locks at 45% and and when I run a prstat command I see the
memory for that zone at
100%. So I gues its just churning away very slowly.
Im not familiar with Solaris Zones and I fear our Sys Admins are not also.
Any input would be great
