This looks like a set up issue.

Did you recently apply patch/es, could be a bug in a newly applied patch if you 
haven't seen this before.

I would start googling the error and UOM setup and also check support.

You didn't colorize your apps by any chance?  

We ran into some issues where someone decided to color each app and then
we took off the colors as we had many people having issues reading screens.
When we reverted back, some of the Java forms had issues due to some flags not 
being reset properly.  This was on the Service Module that I recall.
