If you're working with 11.2.0.4 RAC, you can download the combo GI and OJVM
PSU (*Patch 21744348

The difference between the GI and database patches are the contents:
*Database combo patch*
RDBMS PSU
OJVM PSU
*GI combo patch*
Clusterware PSU
ACFS PSU
RDBMS PSU (same as RDBMS PSU above)
OJVM PSU (same as OJVM PSU above)
JDBC Patch
Different components are applied to various home types. When using "opatch
auto" to apply patches, OPatch will determine the home type (GI or RDBMS)
and apply the patches as needed - GI homes receive the
clusterware/ACFS/RDBMS patches, and database homes receive the RDBMS
patch. After opatch auto has completed, the java patches have to be
applied manually. The GI home gets the JDBC patch, and the RDBMS home gets
the OJVM patch.
It is definitely worth noting that the OJVM patch is *not* rolling RAC
installable. Everything else currently supports a rolling install in a RAC
environment.
MOS note #1641136.1 has some good information about applying PSUs in a RAC
environment. If you don't want to use opatch auto, appendix A has all of
the steps for manual application.
