I haven't tried it, but if you go for native compilation
I believe you can hack the make file so that it doesn't
delete the intermediate files - and one of the intermediates
is probably the p-code for the pl/sql.

output, eg, tokens, symbol tables, etc. possibly through some
arcance built-in, or via OCI calls?
