PDF's file in oracle database

Hi All,
Perhaps it's out of topic in Ora-DBA, but I need some help from you.
I have trouble to insert PDF's file into oracle database. PDF's file will be
inserted into BLOB data type. Would you please to give me an example script how
to do it. All clues would be appreciated.
