Obviously I was too cryptic. What I meant was that if you are going to put
them all in one place anyway, you should only have one control file. Writing
multiple times to multiple files the same unit of recoverability does not
add recoverability.

(I hope that location is redundant in some way.)

Thanks, a bit late now, but useful for the future.

I don't recall exactly where this is in the GUI.  I spent a fair amount
of time attempting to get this right.
