You should install the OJVM patch.  You can use the GI combo, or you
can do them separately (GI and OJVM).

If your patching process tends to be pretty hands-on and this is a new
system you're building then I'd suggest just using the combo.  The
main reason to do them separately is because the OJVM requires
downtime (it's not RAC-rolling) if the JVM is installed in your
database.  So people can get the PSU installed right away along with
mitigating the JVM vulnerability, and wait to fully install the OJVM
patch until they can schedule downtime.
