I'm not sure there IS a password.

Administration is supposed to be performed by a user who is part of the dba group.

Other than patching, logging on as oracle is generally overrated. ;-)

Not sure about default password, but there is any reason you can’t use sudo or have your sys admin change it?  I don’t think it matters what the password is.
