HI ,
i have a 2-node oracle 10g rac on win 2003 server , when i connects to the
database it takes around 15 -20 seconds to connect , is there any way to
make it faster ,
for eg :
set ORACLE_SID=RAC1
D:\>SQLPLUS / as sysdba
SQL*Plus: Release 10.2.0.4.0 - Production on Wed Jul 1 10:40:05 2009
