Oracle Patch 'release management' ?

Hello,
not confused yet? here's your chance !
While trying to script Oracle patches for global rollout in our shop I
discovered today that Oracle released a bunch of new patches including a
CPU. It's becoming more and more difficult to know what's best to do. I
wonder what we get tomorrow.
Here's the list sofar as of 20-FEB-2007:
