I've worked with Palisade a number of times and they do a really great job
of negotiating for the customer. Many of our customers use them to
migrate their licenses over to Azure.

Hello,
We are looking to get a 3rd party firm to do an overview of our Oracle
ecosystem to make sure we've followed best practices on licensing, etc.
Has anyone worked with a licensing compliance firm in this capacity and
can recommend one? (e.g. House of Bricks, Palisade Compliance, etc).
