Apologies for being slightly off-topic, but I know some of you may know the
answer to this :)
A friend at a large institution has been told: "you can no longer upgrade
to
Oracle Fusion on premise [from Oracle Financials], and you _have_ to
migrate to the Cloud if you want that product line." - Does anyone know if
this is actually the case, or are the sales people involved just trying to
push him up to the clouds?
