Oracle Development on 18c XE

Anyone know of any obvious reason to not do development on 18c XE? This will
mostly be data dict and V$ access. Are there significant differences in
these views between this and EE? I think in the past I avoided the free
edition of SE because of some issues but wondering if that might still be a
thing I need to be concerned about.
