We have upgraded two instances, OEM Repository and AWR Warehouse.
Not exactly production, but they are being used.
I am maintaining a consolidated list of issues that we have found so far at

Based on that, I would say do not upgrade your recovery catalog (ie the
catalog itself, not the database holding it) to 12.2, especially if it
contains any multi-tennant 12.1 instances
