OVM Disk issue on windows 8

Hello Gurus,

I have installed Oracle virtual box on my personal laptop to test RAC ,
however when I boot the nodes system hung and it is very slow. Disk
utilization increase to 100% in my laptop. I have 16 gb ram configuration
with quad core processor, I never faced this issue on windows 7 OS. Do i
need to download any specific VM version or any configuration changes
needed ? Please help.
