I agree with the importance of helping in development projects.
However, I've never had a job where I could devote my time to helping
developers. I always had other tasks.
Unfortunately, many development teams in the "agile" era seem to "develop
by meeting". Maybe that is just my limited experience, but it seemed the
developers have daily meetings. In fact, many developers complain that they
don't have much time to develop before the next meeting when they have to
report progress.
I would skip a couple of their meetings in order to take care of other
matters, and then I found that I was no longer relevant to the development
team.
Has anyone solved this problem?
