RE: ORA-08102: index key not found, obj# 124885, file 48, block 55492

If you have btree/bitmap index with multiple keys and rebuild id with parallel 
options 4, it may produce that error.
It was quite a while back when I encountered this issue. The issue observed 
when users started using table data next day. 
 
The only option to drop such indexes with multiple keys and recreate them.
