Subject: ONS.Log

Folks,

We've a application server that keeps filling up the ons.log file
with the following:

07/03/27 05:02:33 [4] Local connection 0,127.0.0.1,6101 missing form
factor<unknown>

Anyone know where this is coming from? OTS isn't being much help.
