I am a little unclear where the oracleasm libs fall into this- I found the asm 
support rpm in the OEL6 yum directory, but not the actual library, and nothing 
in the RH6 repository.

VERY interesting!  If I wasn't ankle-deep (standing on my head) in an
Oracle/AIX upgrade, I'd be altering my repos for the li'l Grid Control
server now...
