Interesting,section 5a seems to imply that it is possible to do standby
first OJVM patching; either I'm missing something in the small print or my
recollections that is is not supported are wrong.
Going to have to review that document in more detail.

OK, I know this is not possible, but I'm interested to know the reasons
why, just out of technical curiosity.
Has anybody looked at this previously, or got any insights what is special
about OJVM patches (and/or Oracle patching mechanism) that prevent this?
