I believe it has to be the owner of the oracle installation.

I just got 10g grid control up about 30 minutes ago. All I can say is
WOW!

Subject: OEM 10g problem

Hi,

I am testing LOAD DATA FROM FILE in OEM 10g and always getting error for
HOST CREDENTIALS --wrong password for user. Is I am missing some
parameter or isn't it the username/password of administrator account on
local machine?

Thanks
