Check Metalink note 265769.1. It doesn’t list specific return codes but does 
aid in troubleshooting CRS reboots.

Hello List.

I am troubleshooting a node reboot on our RAC. I have not seen any documents on 
return codes that are mentioned in the log file. I remeber Gopal's book - I 
don't have accees to it right now - mentioning a few. But, is there a place 
where I can get a list of them.

In my case, the cause is rc=11. {Receive failure with node 1 (*****01) , rc=11}
